What We Do

 As the needs of families have evolved, we’ve adapted too. We’ve seen a shift away from group sessions, with more parents now needing one-to-one support, particularly with things like DLA applications, EHCP forms, and general guidance.

With that in mind, we’ve moved from Lucius Street to our new space at 61 Market Street, TQ1 3AW. This move helps reduce our operational costs while allowing us to focus on what matters most—being there for families who need us.

The new space is set up for drop-in chats and practical support, offering a calm and welcoming environment where people can get help with forms, advice, or simply have a friendly conversation.

While the location has changed, what we offer hasn’t—we’re still cosy, still friendly, and still a home away from home whenever it’s needed.
